Over the past four years Rosco has proved himself to be one of the dance music scene’s most talented up and coming stars. Since being described as DJ to watch in Ministry Magazine his talents have seen him travel all over the UK, Europe, North and South America & Japan. During this time he has cultivated and sculptured his sound into a concoction consisting of tough house & tribal, tech-house and funky techno. He states that all his tracks have ’momentum, drive, groove and energy.’

In ‘99 Rosco completed his A - Levels and went on a celebratory holiday to the white isle of Ibiza. After being there for two weeks, he ripped up his return ticket and decided to stay for a while longer to do promotional work for no other than Trade and Manumission. This is where he came to the attention of Trade. After returning back and moving further north to start his studies at Leeds University, he began developing a strong reputation through playing sets at parties and ’one-offs’ at clubs such as The Mint Club, The Fruit Cupboard and Uropa. Then after bombarding promoters with tapes and CDs he gained his first residency at a new million pound venue called NG1 on Friday and Saturday nights. After two months of dance floor devastation he landed gigs in Sweden and played the last set at Sundissential North, which caught Malice’s’ eye.

After seeing the enormous talent that Rosco had he was booked for his debut at Trade Eire, where he made a lasting impression and was quickly signed to the Trade Agency, aged 18. Since then his career has rocketed with him playing the infamous Space, Tonic at Eden in Ibiza as well as taking up two residencies at the world’s biggest club; Privilege, for Manumission and Trade during the 2001 season. Outside of Europe, Rosco completed a three gig tour of Japan, DJed in Cuba and held another residency at Trade LA, held at the Hollywood Palace, where he played the midnight set on NYE 2001 to a full capacity crowd.

During the past twelve months Rosco has passed many more career milestones. The first being his debut gig for Radio 1 when he performed on the Radio 1 Stage to several thousand people at the London Mardi Gras last summer. Rosco was also one of the selected few to DJ at The Gallery’s Future Heroes night in October last year, where he was chosen by Radio 1 DJ Fergie to play at one of London’s most highly respected cutting edge dance music clubs. In the studio he’s also produced his first single titled ‘Move Over’ which is due for release on Trade Records over summer.

On the airwaves, Rosco held one of the most popular shows on Ministry Of Sound Radio throughout the whole of 2001, which was broadcast Saturday nights between 7-8 and 1-2 GMT. Rosco’s listnership increased to the extent where ‘The Trade Experience held the number one spot from November to January 2002, and was one of the most popular shows during the FM launch in October last year. Also on FM radio Rosco has done mixes for London’s most in demand dance music station - Kiss FM and for the new internet station Trust The DJ Radio.

Rosco’s plans for the future include playing at the hugely popular Trade Parties over the summer, gigs for The Gallery and continuing his residency at Nottingham’s premier gay venue - NG1. In the studio, Rosco has more productions in the pipeline and an Essential Mix for Fergie’s Saturday night slot on Radio 1. Along with being tipped by Ministry Magazine to be one of the DJ’s to look out for in 2001, being featured in Ministry Ibiza, DJ, IDJ, Wax and M8, it’s easy to see why Rosco is doing so well. With his vast musical knowledge, immense talent and growing experience, Rosco is set to become a part of tomorrows DJ elite.
